Karwacki

Well, I'm going to say that Karwacki won . . . but it was a Pyrrhic victory. The cost was the unsuitable taste left in the mouth of the voter for Karwacki's down right rudeness.

The Liberal team planned best to utilize the outlandish rules of the debate and Karwacki was able to take control given that Preston was about as effective as standing water.

Karwacki is all anyone is talking about, not Enterprise Saskatchewan or the drug plans, Karwacki.

For a party who's been written off by everyone, including the leader, Karwacki made his stand on the issue of opposition. An issue that has been completely and correctly ignored. Karwacki showed that he has the gonads to be an opposition leader.

Will they be the opposition? Not a chance. I only know the name of the Liberal in my riding because I blog. I only know about the Liberal platform because I'm a political blow-hard.

They have zero traction outside of the areas they've targeted.

Karwacki isn't playing for this election, he's playing for the one after this.

Cheers,
lance

Two election strategy... hmmmm...

that sounds really familiar.  Given that the Liberals are only seriously campaigning in 10 to 20% of the ridings, I would question why he was even allowed in the debate - just because they were a main party up to the 70s, doesn't necessarily mean that their success then should translate into relevance now.

Having said that... good luck to him - he'll be in a battle in every riding they targeted, and the one Liberal in the Legislature might not be the leader.
